Adah International "Task Force"
Adah International offers interim support for manufacturing and logistics operations through its industry-oriented “Task Force”.
Our Task Force team is skilled and experienced in short, intensive projects especially for production restarts, transitions, and shutdowns.
Usually comprised of one-to-10 junior or mid-level operations specialists experienced in both logistics and production, our Task Force team is led by a part-time senior engineer or project manager. Thus, insuring optimal performance and quality at economical rates.
Our typical Task Force projects include, but are not limited to the following scope:

Project / Program Management
- Integrated management services for any project size and scope through customized project teams
- Outlining objectives, planning execution, managing operations, and regular status reporting
- Agile, Waterfall and SCORE methodologies
Our typical Task Force Team consists of:
Senior Engineer / Project Manager
- German-American with 12+ years’ engineering & project management experience in automotive logistics & manufacturing in US, Mexico and Germany
- “Deep-dive” analysis & development of project scope and process plan
- Implementation management and support throughout the duration of the project
- Main contact for scope changes, adjustments, issues
- Regular project updates & reports between supplier(s) and customer
Task Force Leader(s)
- 5-10 years’ supervisor experience in automotive supply chain
- Expert knowledge from multiple task force projects, plus project management and logistics training
- Multiple certifications such as MSSC Certified Technician (trainer level)
- On-site team leader & coordinator
- Functioning as part of supplier’s team or independently reporting to customer representative
Task Force Member(s)
- Project, “shop floor” execution
- Project team members with significant experience in manufacturing and logistics operations
- MSSC certified as Certified Associate or Technician
- On-site project team member assigned to Task Force Leader or customer representative
